This is a dynamic organisation providing operational and strategic support to a range of clients, as well as offering world-class training and events. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to take on a broad accounts role and support the function.
Working closely with the Financial Controller you will hold a broad remit across AP processing, payment runs and handling supplier queries. You will be involved with reconciliations of credit card statements and payments, refunds and receipting, debtor reporting, payroll support and the month-end process. You will also support ad-hoc tasks and projects – including the roll-out of a new CRM system. This company use the Xero system.
Ideally you will hold your Accounting Degree and have around 1-2 years of practical experience in a similar role. Strong system and Excel skills are beneficial alongside a positive and hands-on approach. It is a small team environment so someone who is friendly, committed and organised will excel in this role.
The salary on offer for this role is $50,000 – $60,000 per annum
You will be working under a supportive Manager as part of a fun and dynamic organisation – with scope to learn and grow over time.
